HOLIDAY HARVEST GARDEN SALAD

Celebrate the flavours of the season with our Holiday Harvest Garden Salad, a vibrant blend of fresh greens, crisp vegetables, and festive touches. Lightly drizzled with our signature Benola Olive Oil. It’s a simple yet elegant dish that brings warmth and freshness to your holiday table.

DRESSING 

• 1 tbsp. lemon or lime juice
• 1 tsp. honey (optional)
• 2 tbsp. BENOLA OLIVE OIL

SALAD:

• 2 cups chopped lettuce
• 1 red onion thinly sliced
• ½ cup cucumber diced
• ¼ cup feta/cheddar cheese
• Salt and Pepper to taste
• 1 cup carrot, thinly sliced into strips
• 1 ½ cup tomatoes, diced

DIRECTIONS:

• Prepare the dressing in a small bowl by whisking together the lemon/juice, honey, and BENOLA OLIVE OIL.
• In a large bowl, add the lettuce, red onion, cucumber, cheese, carrot strips, and diced tomatoes.
• Season with salt and pepper (to taste.
• Drizzle the dressing over the salad and toss gently to coat.
