Benjamins Orange-Pineapple Cake
INGREDIENTS
- 16 oz. Butter
- 16 oz Granulated Sugar
- 6 Eggs
- 1 ½ lb Baking Flour
- 1 Cup Orange Juice
- 3 tsp Benjamin Vanilla
- 2 tsp Benjamin nutmeg extract
- 1 tsp Benjamin Mixed Spice
METHOD
- Greased and line baking tin
- Cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy
- Add eggs accordingly
- Sift all dry ingredients
- Fold dry ingredients into butter mixture, alternately with liquid.
- Add Benjamin nutmeg and mixed spice.
- Pour mixture into greased baking tin.
- Bake at 380° Until done
