2. How to Enter
A consumer becomes eligible to enter upon the purchase of J$2,500 (inclusive of tax) of any participating Benjamins product (Benjamins Flavourings & Colourings, Benjamins Savouries (Browning, Benola Oils), Benjamins Personal Care, Benjamins Home Remedies, Benjamins Pharmaceuticals and So Good plant-based beverages).
Each qualifying purchase earns a chance to win instant prizes and entry to the bi-weekly and grand prize draws. Entry to the draws is exclusively online via Web Portal (at www.pabenjamin.com and navigating to the Celebrate More with Benjamins entry page), QR Code (displayed on in-store point of sale material and print ad) or WhatsApp.
Each submission creates one (1) entry. A receipt may be submitted once only; the system will reject a receipt image or transaction number already recorded in the entry database. An entrant may submit multiple entries provided each is supported by a separate qualifying receipt.
To complete a valid entry, the entrant must submit all the following:
- A clear photograph or scanned image of the original receipt evidencing the qualifying purchase, showing the participating product(s), the outlet name, the date of purchase and the receipt/transaction number;
- Full name, as it appears on government-issued identification;
- Residential address;
- Telephone number at which the entrant can be contacted;
- Email address; and
- Confirmation that the entrant is eighteen (18) years of age or older and resident in Jamaica, and acceptance of the competition rules.
An entry is invalid where the receipt image is illegible, altered, incomplete, does not evidence purchase of a participating product, or is dated outside the competition period; or where any of the required information is omitted or cannot be verified. P.A. Benjamin will verify each drawn entry against the uploaded receipt before any winner is announced.
Entrants are responsible for their own internet and data charges. There is no charge to enter beyond the purchase price of the qualifying product, which is inclusive of GCT.
3. Eligibility
The promotion is open to legal residents of Jamaica aged 18 years and older. Employees and directors of P.A. Benjamin Manufacturing Co. Ltd., its distributors ([Facey Pharmaceuticals, MDS, T. Geddes Grant]), its advertising and promotional agencies, and the immediate family members of the foregoing (parents, spouse, siblings and children) are not eligible to participate.
4. Prizes
Bi-Weekly Prizes: Ninja NeverClog™ Juicer, Martha Stewart Stand Mixer and Ninja Crispi® 4-in-1 Glass Air Fryer.
Instant Prizes (In-Store Activations Only): Branded Gift Items - Pens, Notebooks, Cups, Water Bottles, Bags and Benjamins Products.
Grand Prizes: 1st Place $250,000, 2nd Place $100,000 and 3rd Place $50,000
5. Prize Terms
Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or substitutes. All winners must present a valid Government-issued ID (Passport, Driver’s Licence, or National ID) to claim prizes.
6. Selection of Winners
Instant Prize Draws: awarded at the point of the in-store activation and are not subject to a claiming period. A consumer who makes a qualifying purchase presents the receipt to the Promoter’s representative and draws one (1) sealed token at random from a sealed container. Each token bears the name of a branded gift item, which is awarded on the spot. All tokens are winning tokens.
Bi-weekly Prize Draws: winner selected electronically (using Wheel of Names) on Oct. 20th, Nov. 2nd, 16th and 30th , Dec. 14th and 28th under the supervision of P.A. Benjamin representatives, with winners announced on Benjamins official social media pages and in The Star. Bi weekly winners selected on October 20, and November 2 will each win a Ninja NeverClog™ Juicer; winners selected on November 16 and 30 will each win a Martha Stewart Stand Mixer; and winners selected on December 14 and 28 will each win a Ninja Crispi® 4-in-1 Glass Air Fryer. A total of 12 bi-weekly winners will be selected, with four (4) winners receiving each of the three (3) gift prizes.
Grand Prize Draw: Will be conducted on January 4, 2027, at 4:00pm at P.A. Benjamin Manufacturing Company Limited Office, 95-97 East Street, Kingston, supervised by a Justice of the Peace or Attorney-at-Law.
Winners will be notified by telephone at the number provided on the online entry form. A maximum of three (3) call attempts will be made across two (2) consecutive days. Where contact is not established within that period, the entry will be forfeited and the first reserve entry drawn for that prize position will be contacted on the same basis.
Winners must claim their prizes within thirty (30) days of the date of notification, on presentation of valid government-issued ID. Prizes must be collected at P.A. Benjamin Manufacturing Company Limited, located at 95-97 East Street, Kingston. Any prize remaining unclaimed at the expiry of the claiming period will remain the property of P.A. Benjamin Manufacturing Co. Ltd.
9. Promotion Reach
The promotion will be executed across over 250 retail and wholesale outlets island-wide, supported by digital participation options (QR Code, WhatsApp, and Web Portal) to ensure accessibility and national coverage.
