All entries are securely stored in an electronic SQL database accessible only to authorized personnel. Entries are randomly selected (using Wheel of Names) for bi-weekly, and grand prize draws.

The final draw will also be recorded for transparency and available for BGLC review upon request.

All draws will be conducted under the supervision of a Justice of the Peace or Attorney-at-Law, and records of the selection process will be retained for six (6) months for audit and verification by the BGLC.
