2 apples (diced)
2 mangoes (diced)
2 paw-paws (diced)
1 tbsp corn starch
½ cup of sugar
1 tsp Benjamins Rose water
1 tsp Benjamins Vanilla
½ Benjamins Almond

1 lb flour
1 tsp salt
8 oz butter

1. Preheat oven to 400ºF.
2. Combine ½ cup of very hot water, sugar and corn starch, mix until thick, then add fruits.
3. Prepare pastry by short crust method.
4. Make dough relax then roll out dough on lightly floured board, then place in muffin tin.
5. Spoon filling in the centre of each, place in oven and lower temperature in 15 minutes to 350ºF.
6. Bake until pastry is delicately brown.
